Introducing my obsession.... Makeup

Hi again I'm trying to do my best to publish a post daily let's see how it goes. So today I wanted to talk about Makeup, which has become my obsession. It all started around 5 years ago when I came across this makeup guru whilst on youtube. Her name was Michelle Phan. She has now built herself this empire based on her loyal subscribers and also on her talent as a makeup artist and she now has her own makeup line and is publishing a book! She is my role model and probably one of the main reasons behind why I love makeup so much. I am very proud of my growing collection and though some people, including my family, don't get it I still keep investing in my passion and I'm getting quite good at it as well. The point isn't just that I love makeup but that through makeup I have discovered this whole new world full of possibilities and all you have to do is believe in yourself and in what is dear to you and if you do your best you can will your dreams to come through. For today this is all but expect to hear more about this and other things close to my heart.

Now let me just introduce myself... Hi my name is Veronica I'm just a normal girl, although it is hard to put me under such a stereotypical label, but I'm sure you know what I mean. Nonetheless here I am a "normal" girl from a small island whose dreams go beyond the borders of her small nation and who like everyone else seeks independence and to be able to stand on her own two feet. But enough of me speaking about myself in the third person let's get down to business. So here on this blog ,that was provided by google, I decided to share a little bit of me for everyone to see. Now try to understand people I'm one of those girls who doesn't speak up or put herself in any sort of situation that puts her in front of a mass of people all waiting to hang from every word she speaks. So yes this is a big deal for me, yet I'm still doing it. And for what you might ask. Well I didn't dwell much on the reason behind me suddenly deciding to create a blog, but i guess it was because I enjoy writing. So yeah I guess welcome to my blog also known as MY UNIVERSE WITH ALL ITS WEIRDNESS which I feel is quite an appropriate title and I'm sure you'll come to agree.
